Possibility to create Invoice directly from Offer

What
We have added a new permission, Create invoice from offer . By activating this permission you have the possibility to create invoice from offer.

Why
The reason is that you will be able to create an Invoice without the need to create an order first.

Impact
An invoice will be created based on the content of the offer and they are both linked together.

Filter completed and notcompleted are recommended to use instead of ordercreated and ordernotcreated, as these only work on offers associated with orders. More information in the API documentation .
